​Sarah Millwood is a Resourcing Consultant in our Adelaide team. She joined DFP in February 2023 after 6 years of experience in customer service and management with a background in Psychology. She is skilled in customer service and critical thinking. She loves communicating and building relationships with the diverse range of clients and candidates.

Outside of work Sarah loves to bake and stay active by going to the gym and hiking. She also has a love of animals, particularly frogs.
