Job description

Seeking a strong Team Admin Assistant, Southbank location, ASAP start, long term contract.  $35-$40 p/h.

Located on Melbourne’s Docklands, an opportunity has presented itself for an Administration Assistant to join a leading Oil and Gas company.

 This role will include some of the following responsibilities:

• Providing high-level, confidential administrative support and assist the wider team and leadership
• Manage SharePoint; KPI Database; Safety Extranet and RegFrame Administrator
• Provide assistance to database users, updating status, modifying comments, creation of new obligations
• Upload Safety Documents to Safety Extranet
• Maintenance of user profiles for Melbourne based personnel

Coming from a strong administration background, additionally you will need to have proven experience and skills in the following:

• High levels of attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills and demonstrated abilities to manage priorities
• Good influencing and negotiation skills
• Exceptional building relationships skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Advanced experience using MS Office
• Document management experience

In addition you will need to demonstrate total commitment to the company values including safety, quality, ethics and business controls. An open communicator, your ability to build sound working relationships will enable you to work effectively within a strong team-based culture.
