Our client is a federal government agency delivering centralised corporate services, including property management, shared services, and operational support across its national footprint. The Property team plays a key role in managing office sites, fit-outs, relocations, leasing, and maintenance activities.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Officer to join our client’s Property team. This is a hands-on, onsite role based in Midland, WA, requiring regular physical attendance (minimum 4 days per week). You’ll be responsible for supporting property operations, coordinating service providers, and contributing to the smooth running of corporate services.

- Engage and monitor third-party providers for property and corporate services
- Respond to property-related enquiries and resolve moderately complex issues
- Support team planning, task assignment, and workflow monitoring
- Manage stationery and consumables across multiple locations
- Maintain carpark ballots and fleet vehicle records
- Assist in policy and procedure development for property operations
- Provide support for mail, fleet, and other corporate services
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience providing policy advice based on legislation and guidelines
- Ability to manage tasks where options may not be immediately clear
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Located near Midland and available for regular onsite work
- Previous experience in property or corporate services
- Familiarity with government operations and service delivery environments
