Job description

Our client, a global organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their HR team.
 
About the Job
 
As the Administrator you will support the HR Team with a variety of tasks. No day will be the same in this fast paced and challenging role.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding activities as part of the employee life cycle
  • Coordinate all administratve tasks related to recruitment, such as setting up interviews, pre-employment medicals, generating employment contracts
  • Assist with inductions and training
  • The set up and maintenace of the multiple HR databases
  • Reporting of staff movements, probationary reviews, organisational charts and phone lists
  • Back end HR processing services
  • Write, review and communicate staff announcements
  • Maintain and update employee records and assist payroll data feed
  • Quality control of policies, procedures, forms, checklists, employee records and information etc.
  • Maintain HR team templates
  • Support with national reporting, HR reporting metrics and other action plan implementations.
  • Attend global professional development training and development programs on a quarterly basis
 
About you
  • 5-7 years’ experience in administration
  • Construction or manufacturing industry experience is very desirable but not essential
  • Diploma or certificate in business administration
  • Ability to build effective relationships with client groups
  • Developed planning, organising and time management skills
  • Developed departmental support skills with accuracy and strong attention to detail
