Our State Government client is seeking an experienced AO3 Maintenance Support Officer to join their team ASAP, with an initial contract through to March 2026 and a possible extension.

- Provide efficient, high-quality customer service to internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Operate effectively in a high-volume environment with KPIs and performance monitoring frameworks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, local suppliers and internal teams to support timely service delivery
- Demonstrate high-level interpersonal skills, including negotiation, dispute resolution and de-escalation where required
- Positively contribute to team culture and actively participate in innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when preparing documents, reports and updating records and information systems

- Previous experience in customer service, administration or support roles
- Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills
