Job description

APS4 Accounts Receivable Officer
  • $74,464 to $80,919 + Super
  • City location
  • 6 – month contract (possible extension)
About the role
You will be using your current skills to work as a APS4 Accounts Receivable Officer.
 
Duties
  • Be able to process refund requests, invoice renewals and creation of office.
  • Be able to process accounts payable invoices, maintain receipts register, download files, and upload them onto the departmental software.
  • Reconciliation of general ledger accounts and maintain email inboxes with answering simple queries.
  • Assist the Accounts receivable Team Leader in ad hoc tasks.
Desired Experience  
  • Strong communication, customer service, written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to learn new concepts, prioritise deadlines and adapt effectively.
  • Understanding of Accounts Receivable and Payable function.
  • Ability to review and verify data with attention to detail and some experience using SAP.
