The Opportunity

On behalf of a Federal Government Agency based in Geelong we are looking for APS6 Change Delivery Officer. This is a 12-month assignment. The role will paying $60.26 per hour plus super.

Working in the Strategic Change branch, the Change and Delivery Officer is responsible for supporting and delivering the agencies change outcomes that benefit participants and related stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:
  • Preparing change impact and business change readiness assessments, transition to BAU (business as usual) plans with guidance, contributing to change management planning and strategy and approach.
  • Preparing, with guidance, change documentation, presentations, and data analysis, including edits and formatting to address audience and stakeholder requirements.
  • Developing, implementing, evaluating, and communicating change management requirements, plans and schedules including proposing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Completing a range of diverse activities and tasks, as directed, related to planning, stakeholder engagement, and implementation and evaluation of complex multi-disciplinary projects within the Agency and with external stakeholders.
  • Leading and supporting special projects and continuous improvement activities as they arise within the team.

  • Background in change management will be advantageous
