The APS6 Data Analysts undertake complex work under limited direction, providing team leadership, decision-making, and support across technical, policy, and operational areas. The roles involve workforce planning, business analysis, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver data analysis, dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support strategic decisions
  • Lead recruitment and workforce planning, translating designs into FTE forecasts
  • Engage with stakeholders and external consultants to align workforce transitions
  • Oversee business analysis functions, manage workflows, and ensure outputs meet objectives
  • Resolve complex issues using advanced technical, data-driven, and numerical methods
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and change processes
