Our Fed Gov client is seeking a Change Analyst to support the Change Manager in planning change activities, acting as a conduit between the program and business. The role will work closely with diverse stakeholders and will be expected to engage and collaborate as an influential member of the team.

- 9-month contract with extension potential
- Locations: QLD, Vic, ACT (Hybrid)
- Must be an Australian Citizen able to obtain Baseline
Key duties and responsibilities
Role will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Working collaboratively with impacted business groups to understand current system and processes, the proposed changes, and the impact of those changes to the impacted groups.
- Establish and maintain strategic networks with key stakeholders to foster a supportive environment that ensures change management activities are integrated and tailored appropriately to the needs of the project.
- Provide change management support to business areas by ensuring that project and delivery teams understand the change management approach, and the benefits it delivers for their people.
- Assist in developing a range of change and communications artefacts including but not limited to change management plans, impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, procedures or knowledge document development, and other change activity deliverables as directed.
- Experience in implementing and delivering change end to end by informing, engaging and motivating employees to embrace change.
- Experience supporting the introduction of change, including particularly complex change initiatives.
- Demonstrable hands-on approach when executing change strategies and deliverables.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and achieve change using collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills whilst engaging professionally across all levels of audiences.
- Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience using industry recognised change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci).
- Understanding of Agile project methodologies and delivery approaches and/or experience supporting change management within an Agile environment.
- Previous analytical and reporting experience using data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) is advantageous but not essential.
