The Opportunity 

On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for an APS6 Senior Digital Delivery Officer. This is a 12-month assignment based in Geelong. The role will work a hybrid arrangement, Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day and will be paying $60.26 per hour plus super. 

The APS6 Senior Digital Delivery Officer will be a champion for digital inclusion within the Digital Delivery team. The Digital Delivery team are responsible for managing the day-to-day publishing of relevant and accessible content for audiences across the main communication channels.

Responsibilities include; 
  • Build a sound understanding of key website functionality and technical terminology, digital accessibility and current WCAG.
  • Support the website redevelopment team by managing research and engagements activities including user testing with a diverse cohort of users to ensure the Agency delivers an innovative, digitally inclusive, accessible, and easy to use website.
  • Lead the organisation and facilitation of UX workshops and user testing internally and externally.
  • Lead quantitative research and analysis, including data analysis using Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Social data, CRM data, email data.
  • Set priorities for establishment of an ongoing operating rhythm for conducting, collecting, and reviewing qualitative research.
  • Undertake a wide variety of general and administrative and reporting tasks.
To be considered for this role you will demonstrate;
  • Strong digital acumen and knowledge of best practice digital principles
  • Experience working with websites and/or digital products
  • Strong digital accessibility and WCAG knowledge
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Experience developing briefs and/or scoping project requirements
  • Experience working in a project team, leading project tasks, and meeting deadlines
  • Experience with UAT and UX activities or facilitating workshops
