About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements, document processes, and design solutions to organisational challenges.
- Conduct interviews with key stakeholders, document findings, and present results.
- Recommend process improvements and alternative solutions.
- Assist business users, project managers, and leadership in optimising project scope, benefits, and risks.
- Facilitate change management efforts associated with projects.
- Write and maintain user documentation as required.
- Perform basic analysis and documentation tasks under close supervision.
- You have strong skills in requirements gathering and process mapping.
- You’re confident using Visio and the MS Office Suite.
- You communicate clearly and present ideas effectively to different audiences.
- You have an eye for detail and can create accurate documentation and visual workflows.
- You’re eager to learn and thrive in a collaborative environment with guidance and support.
