About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Provide expert advice on digital content and channels, including social media, websites, and EDMs.
- Curate, review, audit, and maintain digital content to meet business and customer needs.
- Advocate for and identify opportunities to deliver communications through digital channels.
- Develop and deliver channel-specific content and messaging.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to source and create content promoting Main Roads information and services.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and advise on improvements to enhance our channels.
- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
- Proven ability to curate and deliver effective communications tailored to specific channels and audiences.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms (websites, intranets, social media, etc.).
- Ability to initiate and facilitate conversations that advocate for proactive digital service delivery.
- Experience in social media ad management and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, search engine principles, and UX/CX best practices.
