Commence a role where you can use your highly developed customer service skills and automotive knowledge to process challenging claims. 


The Organisation

Our client delivers a high-quality service in the automotive insurance industry. Primarily around insurance for car yards and novated leases they offer premium warranty and insurance for highest quality service.

 
The Role
Join a small team in Traralgon, processing complex automotive claims. This role will be ideal for a candidate with a background as warranty clerk, automotive technician, spare parts interpreter, or dealership experience.
Attractive remuneration and staff rewards and recognition package is on offer.
This role operated Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with the possibility of working a hybrid model past induction and training periods.

 
Duties will include:

·        Warranty claims and processing

·        Liaising with dealerships and external assessors

·        Technical point of reference for internal call centre staff

·        Outbound calls

·        Inbound call relief work (breaks and peak periods)

·        Processing disputes in register and database

·        Updating and maintaining internal database around case details including reviewing digital images

·        Review and confirm diagnosis, labour, and parts pricing

·        Ad hoc duties such as assisting contact centre team as required
