Cyber Security Engineer-Platform Specialist
Our Fed Gov client is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Engineer / Platform Specialist for their Cyber Security and Networks Branch’s Information Management and Technology Division, to support critical ICT systems and provide sustainment of Cyber Security infrastructure and platforms.
Must have NV1 Clearance.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Cyber Security and Networks Branch is undertaking a series of technical improvements to stabilise and uplift the security posture of their existing environment whilst ensuring maintenance of critical IT systems is still undertaken. The Cyber Sustainment Section support multiple platforms and infrastructure and are looking for candidates with experience in Application Control, Vulnerability Scanning Platform Support, Linux Infrastructure Support, Privileged Access Management and Public Key Infrastructure Certificate Management. The successful candidates will be a key resource within the Cyber Sustainment Section and possess the required specialist knowledge of key Cyber specific tools, systems and processes to ensure delivery of current and upcoming projects.
The Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) has been used to inform the requirements. In summary, our client seeks candidate/s with the following relevant skillset:

- App control / Carbon Black/ WDAC.
- Tenable Vulnerability Management, RunZero.
- Privilege Access Management (MFA, Delinea Secret Server, EntraID).
- Active Directory Certificate Services (PKI).
- Microsoft EntraID Cloud Sync.
- EntraID Entitlement Management and Lifecycle Management.
- Nutanix AOS/AHV + Hybrid AOS/ESXi / Prism Central.
- Microsoft Windows Server Platform and Patching Experience.
- VMware Virtualisation, Citrix, Powershell Scripting and Ansible and EntraID Automation.
