Service Representative (Temp-to-Perm)

We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Service Representative to join our client’s team in a temp-to-perm capacity. This field-based role involves travel to mine sites across and outside the Goldfields region, service current clients in Kalgoorlie and surrounding areas delivering hands-on support with our client’s equipment and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to mine sites and existing clients throughout the Goldfields to perform service, maintenance, and support activities
  • Liaise with clients to ensure high standards of service and technical support
  • Prepare clear and concise service reports
  • Support installation and commissioning of chemical dosing equipment
  • Assist with troubleshooting and ongoing optimisation of systems
Requirements:

  • Current and valid full medical and drug & alcohol clearance
  • National Police Check
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accurate documentation
  • Willingness to travel, including occasional trips to Perth
  • Mechanical trade qualification preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
