- EL1 level - $602.55/day + Super (Multiple positions)
- 12-month contract with possible extension

Join a small government workforce consultation team. You’ll lead multiple projects and deliver workforce consultation and change management initiatives. The role involves stakeholder engagement, project governance, and operational integration to achieve strategic workforce outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workforce consultation projects from planning to delivery
- Develop consultation plans with milestones, risks, and reporting
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including unions and government agencies
- Prepare business cases, plans, reports, executive briefs, and corporate documentation
- Oversee budgets, procurement, contracts, and manage project risks, issues, and benefits
- Analyse project performance and coordinate quality management activities
- Experience in workforce consultation planning and delivery
- Strong critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Stakeholder engagement and representation
- Ability to lead projects and teams in a dynamic environment
- Experience in a government department, agency, or public sector
- Understanding of disability, health, allied health, or related sectors
