Job description

We’re seeking a motivated Finance Officer to join our clients Finance team at their Wakerley office. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
Your strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and administrative capability will help ensure the continued efficiency and success of our organisation.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and maintain precise financial records.
  • Respond to internal and external stakeholder enquiries regarding accounts.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team as required.
  • Assist in the ongoing improvement of financial systems and processes.

Education, Skills & Experience

  • Qualifications in accounting, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years’ experience in an accounts administration or similar finance role.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Experience using Pronto ERP (highly regarded).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Analytical and solution-focused mindset.
