We're on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join our team as Exam Invigilators for our esteemed State Government client.
Position: Exam Invigilator
Rate: $50.00 per hour + super
Locations: Bunbury & Cannington (Two separate adverts posted)
Hours: Flexible hours tailored for retirees or those seeking part-time employment. You'll be overseeing exams for two full days per week, with specific dates to be confirmed. Choose between being part of our on-call pool, where you'll be contacted for invigilation sessions as needed, or join our consistent pool for more regular rostered shifts.
Role Overview:
- Ensure the secure and fair conduct of examinations.
- Assist with exam administration tasks.
- Provide basic guidance on exam technology.
- Vigilantly monitor the exam process to uphold integrity.
Qualifications and Experience:
- No formal educational prerequisites.
- Comprehensive training provided for exam invigilation and induction procedures.
- Preferred qualifications include first aid certification, proficiency in Microsoft Office, prior supervisory roles, customer service or administration experience, and familiarity with learning management systems.
Specific Duties:
  1. Prepare examination rooms.
  2. Validate candidates' identification.
  3. Brief candidates on exam rules.
  4. Supervise the exam process.
  5. Address any issues promptly and professionally.
  6. Manage the distribution and collection of exam materials.
