Job description

On behalf of our Federal government client, we are looking for CIAM Associate Engineer for APS5 level at Sydney Surry Hills Locaiton. The Customer IAM Associate Engineer is an entry-level role within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) function.

This position is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions tailored to external users within an Azure and AWS Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilties:

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions, focusing on user registration, authentication, and authorization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide input into CIAM solution configurations and optimizations.
  • Configure and manage CIAM features, such as user profiles, authentication methods, and access policies, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Support the troubleshooting of CIAM-related issues and provide resolution within agreed service levels.
  • Contribute to the implementation of automations and integrations to enhance CIAM capabilities and streamline user interactions.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and training activities to enhance skills and expertise in CIAM technologies and practices.

  • Basic understanding of CIAM concepts and principles.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
