Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Administrator you will play a pivotal role in supporting our field services with a range of administration and service focussed tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to phone queries from Clients, Field Agents, and suppliers.
  • Assist in day-to-day work scheduling, allocation, and monitoring.
  • Follow up with Clients and sub-contractors to ensure timely commitments.
  • Process invoices and entry of data into the system
