Our client within State Government is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their busy team on a temporary contract for 3 months with a possible extension.

Key Responsibilities
- Applying legislative knowledge and legal experience to conduct risk assessments
- Conducting in-depth analysis of file information in order to determine the sufficiency of evidence to support cases
- Managing case files to ensure prioritisation
- Preparing reports, correspondence and submissions required for various stakeholders
- Reviewing file information, identifying and requesting further information where required
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Manage conflicting deadlines utilising highly developed prioritisation skills
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, including the ability to research and analyse for problem solving
- The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience within child protection and/or administration would be advantageous
- Completed Bachelor of Laws (or another relevant field)
