About the role
Our client is seeking an APS6 Partnerships Lead who shall assist in the delivery of strategic outcomes, coordinating program and project management, working across a diverse range of stakeholders to identify and deliver mutually beneficial initiatives aligned to the agency’s strategy.
 
Your duties will include
  • Lead the development, continuous improvement and maturing of the Agency’s Consumer Advisor Program advocating and ensuring that Consumer Advisors are included in Agency activities across different program lifecycle – from the pre and design phase, to Core Design Team activities and social performance quality assurance.
  • Act as a reference and guidance point for the Agency as to where consumer advisors could most influence and support Agency activities.
  • Establish and manage the governance and reporting systems and monitoring and evaluation metrics for the Consumer Advisor Program.
  • Facilitate a regular interface between the Agency’s Reference Leads and the Consumer Advisors and plan and schedule periodic professional development for Consumer Advisors.
Skills and Experience
To be eligible for this role you must hold Australian Citizenship.
  • Provide leadership across the team.
  • Ability to Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve work area and agency goals.
  • Experience in strategic planning, program and project management and/or policy development.
  • Ability to work indepentently, subject to limited direction against established priorities, practices, and methodologies to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Experience in performing research and analysis to make decisions that involve complex or escalated issues, longer-term planning and liaison with other sections on policy, project or operational issues.
