Job description

DFP Recruitment is looking for experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant for one of our government clients.

Duration: 12 months contract with 12 months extension
Citizenship requirements:  must be an Australian Citizen
Working Arrangement: Hybrid arrangement

As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will provide business analysis, design, and agile collaboration skills to configure Salesforce solutions which improve the client through a better Participant experience and a more effective Scheme. You have an opportunity to really make a difference.

Responsibilities: 
  • Assess business objectives and drive stakeholder support for solution options.
  • Connect business requirements with Salesforce application capabilities, focusing on digital solutions through Salesforce Communities.
  • Create implementable User Stories and contribute to agile delivery by structuring requirements as Epics and User Stories.
  • Lead or contribute to application solution design efforts and configure OOTB components.
  • Progress to end-to-end functional responsibilities, including analysis, design, build, test, and deployment of enterprise-level solutions, presenting options to business stakeholders.
Required Skills/Experiences: 
  • Certified Salesforce Admin 201.
  • At least 3 years working as a Salesforce Functional Analyst.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud & Communities.
  • Business Process mapping/Re-engineering background for B2C & B2B Service processes ideally in disability and health care sector.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops with senior and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated systems delivery experience working in multi-disciplinary teams in Agile and similar methods to co-ordinate and assure systems delivery outcomes.
  • Demonstrated prior knowledge and experience of complex government and or government-based insurance schemes.
