  • Multiple State Government roles available – Parramatta location
  • Immediate start | Contract through to 30 June 2026
  • $35.00 - 45.60/hr + super
  • 35 hours per week (7 hours per day)
The Role

We are seeking 3 Registry Officers to join a State Government team based in Parramatta. These roles are responsible for supporting registry, records, and document management functions, ensuring accurate processing and efficient information flow within the division.

You will assist in maintaining high-quality records management and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support timely and compliant service delivery.

About You:
  • Experience in registry, records management, administration, or similar office support roles
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn systems, follow procedures, and work collaboratively within a team
Key Responsibilities:
  • Register client-related documentation—including new orders, decisions, and supporting papers—into internal databases
  • Log and manage all incoming correspondence (letters, electronic faxes, group emails) and distribute to relevant staff promptly
  • Maintain structured filing systems for new applications and existing case files
  • Complete accurate data entry and set up new client folders using unique identifiers
  • Escalate complex matters to senior team members as required
  • Liaise with internal government divisions and external bodies to support seamless service delivery
  • Build knowledge of legislation, procedures, and contribute to process improvement initiatives
