DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Associate Change Analyst to join our federal Government Client team. We are looking for Change Analyst professionals to support the program, primarily by helping to manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contributing to Go-Live activities for business-led technology solutions.

Role responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of communications, surveys, and develop supporting materials
- Support stakeholder engagement activities including feedback collection
- Monitor and report on tactical change progress identifying risks and escalating issues
- Collaborate with project teams’ business analysts and subject matter experts to integrate change activities into agile work flows.
- Support resistance management by addressing concerns and providing practical solutions
- Ensure compliance with organisational standards policies and health and safety guidelines.
- Up to 3 years change management experience ·
- Demonstrable 'hands on' experience working in a complex program
- Experience in agile environments and supporting UAT, technology Go-Live and customer service projects
- Exceptional verbal communication and strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to create clear and concise documentation and reports
- Skilled in data analysis and presentation
- Experience working in a complex program within government
- Tertiary qualifications, Prosci or ADKAR knowledge.
