As NT Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality security services to a diverse client portfolio, driving operational effectiveness, and leading a high-performing team. This is a senior leadership role within the SA/NT business, requiring strong stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

About the Role
As NT Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality security services to a diverse client portfolio, driving operational effectiveness, and leading a high-performing team. This is a senior leadership role within the SA/NT business, requiring strong stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and service delivery for NT clients
- Lead, coach, and develop the NT Operations team
- Manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and achieve profitability targets
- Ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards
- Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities
- Foster a strong safety and customer service culture
- Proven senior leadership experience in the services industry (security sector highly regarded)
- Strong commercial and financial management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience with client contracts, tenders, and business development
- Attractive car allowance and relocation package (including flights, accommodation, moving costs, and rental support, based on a 3-year return of service)
- Intra-state and interstate travel may be required
