​Luke joined DFP as Chief Financial Officer in November 2025. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in London, and has since held various senior finance roles in the UK and Australia across the 20 years prior to his commencement at DFP, including 6 years within the recruitment industry. In these roles he has driven operational improvements, built data-led cultures and modernised ways of working.

At DFP Luke looks after the Corporate Services function which includes Finance, Technology and Payroll. He is a strong believer in working with a growth mindset to deliver continuous improvement and build collaborative teams.

Luke is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a degree in Literae Humaniores (Classics) from St Anne’s College, Oxford University.

Outside of work he has a range of interests including cycling, reading and languages, and above all loves spending time with his family.
