Career Transition & Outplacement

DFP’s Outplacement Services are designed to assist a terminated employee’s search for a new job by providing professional services such as career assessment and counselling that is subsidised by the former employer.

Our experience with outplacement services covers Local and Federal Government, Oil and Gas, Utilities and Telecommunications industries.  DFP has assisted organisations during periods of restructure.  We have worked closely with clients to develop strategies that assist employees from entry to senior level roles facing redundancies.
