Job description

DFP Recruitment are seeking reliable and experienced Government Administration professionals for numerous vacancies around Perth, Western Australia.
 
  • Competitive hourly rates - $35-$45 per hour plus Super (depending on experience)

Responsibilities may include:
  • Data entry
  • Customer service
  • Updating spreadsheets and data
  • Accounts
  • Creating and maintaining confidential records
  • Drafting documents
  • Conducting basic research activities
  • Processing invoices
  • Meetings and minute taking
  • Understanding policies and procedures
  • Reception duties
  • ..etc
 
About You:
  • Office support/administration experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Previous experience in government (highly advantageous)
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Advanced MS Office Suite
  • Full working rights
  • Able to pass police clearance check (if required)
  • Up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations (including booster if eligible)
