Are you an experienced administrator with invoice processing experience looking for a short term opportunity within Federal Government?
 
Our client:
A Federal Government department is seeking an experienced Administrator to undertake a support role in their corporate services team for 1 month, with the possibility of extension.
 
Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
  1. Invoice processing
  2. Escorting contractors through site
  3. Building rapport and maintaining internal and external relationships
  4. Responding to enquiries and providing accurate advice in a timely manner
Key Attributes:
Key attributes required for this position include:
  1. Strong focus on delivery in professional services environment.
  2. Strong attention to detail.
  3. Ability to respond flexibly and positively to work changes and shifting priorities.
  4. Good time management skills.
  5. Experience in invoice processing.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential; as is your ability to use your initiative in prioritising your work to ensure objectives are met.

Please note: This is a CBD based role, and does not offer WFH. The successful applicant will be required Monday - Friday between 8.30am - 5pm.
