The Opportunity

On behalf of a Federal Government Agency based in Richmond or Geelong, we are looking for an APS6 Project Officer to join the Design, Digital and Strategy team. This is a 6 month assignment. The role will paying $58.50 per hour plus super.

Working to support the guidance and practice branch, the Project Officer will be required to understand operational guidelines and SOPs for the Agency’s frontline workers. As a Project Officer you will be required to translate relevant information from existing SOPs and Operational Guides into knowledge products that can be displayed within a new CRM system.

Duties include;
  • Writing new guidance required to support the operation of a new CRM
  • Work closely with SMEs to ensure guidance materials are accurate and consistent and meet the purpose for which they were prepared
  • Review all guidance and resources and ensure they are digitally accessible and in plain English
  • Produce knowledge products that support all teams using the CRM
About You

To be successful in this role you will have;
  • Proven experience working in a project environment
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly in a changing environment
  • Experience in Jira, Confluence, Salesforce and SharePoint
