Are you a skilled and adaptable Business Analyst looking for exciting opportunities in a rapidly expanding job market? Look no further! Our clients are seeking experienced Business Analysts to join our team of temps and take on a variety of temporary assignments within the government sector.

Position: Business Analyst (Temporary Assignments)
Location: various locations across Perth
Position Type: Temporary, with potential for ongoing assignments
Experience Level: Junior to Senior

About the role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our clients' projects by analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create documentation, and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams. The assignments available will vary in complexity and duration, providing opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities
• Conducting requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
• Analysing and documenting business processes and systems
• Developing functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately.
• Providing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation.

Requirements
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment/ ICT
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptability and flexibility to work on various assignments
• Knowledge of industry-standard methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
