Job description

Inventory Manager:
Our client is seeking a Inventory Manager for their Transport Ticketing company who will take charge of product inventory and distribution processes. This role necessitates keen attention to detail, outstanding organisation skills, expertise in stakeholder management and the ability to effectively oversee distribution operations.
Your Role:
In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Distribution: formulate and execute strategies and processes for distribution. Address distribution related issues by collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to maintain stock levels that align with anticipated demand.
  • Data Analysis and management: Ensure accurate data management, working with the reporting team to analyse patterns for demand forecasting and to inform inventory management decisions.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain robust reporting to track and communicate distribution performance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supplier Management: Oversee suppliers and ensure compliance is met.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of card distribution processes and procedures.
What you will need to succeed:
  • Transport ticketing or mass transit experience would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management with a solid background in project management
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proactive attitude and high attention to detail.
  • Commitment to ensuring data accuracy
