About the role
As the Commercial Leasing Administrator, you’ll provide premium commercial and retail leasing support and contract administration services across the breadth of your new organisation and it’s related entities, under the direction of the General Counsel.
 
About you
You’ll have a proven track record in contract and lease administration with a high level of written communication skills in the preparation of notices, legal letters, and communication with tenants. You’ll build rapport easily and comfortable managing internal and external relationships from a customer centric viewpoint. If you thrive in team environments, enjoy working to deadlines and managing competing priorities with agility to adapt to business needs- this is your role!
 
The key areas for consideration of this role are:
  • Experience in contract or lease administration
  • Excellent written communication skills (notices, legal letters, communication with tenants)
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio of leases
  • Financial skills: calculating lease charges
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Excellent time management skills (ability to prioritise tasks with short notice)

  • Hold a current National Police Check (less than 6 months old)
