Job description

Our client, Scientific organisation are seeking a technically minded and passionate customer service consultant to work in their Customer Care team! 

Ideally, the candidate will be avaliable to work 2 days per week, being Wednesday and Thursdays onsite in Scoresby.  

The successful candidate will play an integral role in providing a quality experience as a first point of contact for the scheduling of technical service jobs, general customer enquiries, daily invoicing and communication between customers and technicians. You will be rewarded with an attractive hourly rate and exceptional support. 

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Dispatch Service Orders to engineers, scheduling and confirming bookings.
  • Ensures customer inquiries are escalated in accordance with the Service Level Agreements. 
  • Daily invoicing and monitoring of revenue/credits. 
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to investigate outstanding invoices.
  • Communicating with and supporting functions of the Sales and Service teams 
  • Support the overall team in both a service and administrative capacity.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous customer service experience 
  • The ability to communicate at all levels both internal and external to the business
  • A results focused attitude with the ability to collaborate and work autonomously
  • The ability to pick up technical information quickly
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced environment 
  • Confident PC user, high level Word, Excel and Outlook (Salesforce experience will be highly regarded).
