- EL1- $602.55 per day + super
- working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

The EL1 Business Analyst is accountable under limited direction to undertake complex work that is guided by legislation, policies, procedures, standards, methodologies and precedents.
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and document current business processes to understand the baseline.
- Create and facilitate process improvements through business and systems analysis.
- Provide program/stream level analysis and create required documentation.
- Support the Product Owner by elaborating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps with input from SMEs.
- Assist the Product Owner with internal systems.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of proposed solutions and designs.
- Lead the transition of business requirements to build teams for development.
- Support verification testing to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Business Process Analysis: Ability to analyze and document current and future state process maps.
- Requirement Gathering: Proficient in eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements into Epics and User Stories.
- Problem-Solving: Strong skills to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Testing: Ability to perform systems testing against defined acceptance criteria.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, and tech teams.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and manage potential issues or risks, recommending alternatives and escalating as needed.
- System Thinking: Develop and maintain expertise in new systems and processes.
- Data Analysis: Skill in analyzing data to identify trends and insights.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile or Kanban methodologies.
- Business Analysis Tools: Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Process Improvement: Experience in recommending and implementing process improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with team members from various disciplines.
