They are now seeking to engage skilled and passionate Service Technicians to join their team servicing the Brisbane Southside, where you will carry out quality service repairs at the customer’s premises or in the workshop.
Your responsibilities would include:
· Ensure all appliance, repair information and parts usage are documented
· Working in collaboration with the call planner to optimise workload
· Maintain order and cleanliness of van and ensure stock is up to date
· Provide exceptional customer service; management and resolution of customer concerns
· Ensure all OH&S policies and procedures are adhered to and attend training, as required
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:
· Current Disconnect/Reconnect licence or full electrical licence
· Current Australian Driver's Licence
· A sound technical knowledge of domestic appliances incorporating the ability to diagnose and rectify faults through effective problem-solving skills
· Exceptional communication and customer service skills
· A genuine enjoyment of meeting and interacting with new customers
· Gas and refrigeration license highly regarded
