Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Federal Government client as an Organisational Capability and SharePoint Specialist (APS6 level) for a six month project.  The position can be located in any capital city.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in organisational capability, learning and development, and SharePoint site management. This role requires excellent project management skills and the ability to operate independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Experience:
  • Proven knowledge and experience in organisational capability and/or learning and development.
  • Expertise in the development and maintenance of Microsoft SharePoint Team sites.
  • Strong background in project management, including planning, organising, coordinating, executing, tracking, and evaluating projects.
  • Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of the working environment and relevant administrative frameworks, guidelines, and regulations.
Skills and Capabilities:
  • Demonstrated ability to design, write content for, edit, and publish Microsoft SharePoint Team site pages.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and produce high-quality outputs with minimal revision.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Capability to work with limited direction, adhering to established priorities, practices, and methodologies to deliver quality outcomes within required timeframes.
  • Proven ability to develop, support, and manage relationships with stakeholders, and interact comfortably with employees at all levels of the department.
