Job description

Our global client in the insurance industry is looking for a Motor Claims Consultant with exceptional customer service experience. In this temporary contract role, you will be rewarded with genuine work life balance and a supportive team environment.
Located in Newstead, and working Monday to Friday, your role as a motor claims consultant will entail: 
  • Responsibility for the end to end management of motor fleet claim files including claims assessment, investigation, and resolution. 
  • Liaising with clients, claimants, and service providers
  • Providing analysis of claims as required
  • Preparing necessary correspondence to advance/resolve claims
  • Regularly reviewing and updating claims information as required
