Due to ongoing growth, an opportunity has been created for either an experienced People Leader, Recruiter or HR Generalist to join the team. Working with a well-known key national account, you will be responsible for developing effective working relationships with all key players including clients, candidates, and your team. You will be responsible for all DFP on-hired workers who are embedded into this contact centre team. Your day will consist of candidate care, recruiting new hires into the team as required, performance management and payroll enquiries. You will love the professional exposure that working with this client brings, a really great career opportunity to furher expand your already growing skill-set. There will also be opportunity to cross-skill with one of our Melbourne based teams which will bring you an even greater variety of work.
 
What you will bring to the role;

  • Either previous experience as a HR/Recruitment Consultant OR People Management/Team Leadership
  • Experience within a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Proven stakeholder management experience
  • Experience achieving targets and KPI’s
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong customer service/client focus
