About the Opportunity:

Are you experienced in hardware and software applications, with a knack for troubleshooting and innovative problem-solving? Our client, the world's largest publicly traded international oil and gas company, is seeking a skilled Process Analyst to join their information technology department. The Position:

This role calls for a senior Process Analyst capable of handling tasks of high complexity. You'll have the opportunity to manage and train team members while leading projects. Key responsibilities include:


- Assisting in the development of Business Solutions, covering infrastructure and end-user computing.

- Delivering training in tools such as SharePoint, MS Office, and DocuSign.

- Providing feedback for continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

- Supporting business locations across Australia.

- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues as part of the IT team.

- Supporting collaboration technologies like Skype and Zoom.

- Staying updated on new technologies and maintaining system protocols.


About You:

If you're a problem-solving whiz with a passion for information technology, this role is for you. We're looking for someone with:


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Demonstrated experience in IT-related positions.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- The ability to gather, evaluate, and process information effectively.

- Experience liaising with stakeholders and setting priorities independently.
