Job description

Global Project Engineering Consultants seeking an organised, self-motivated and committed Administrator to provide administrative support for 6 month appointment in the Kalgoorlie region.

Commencing immediately on a 5:2 roster, the successful person would be required to work in their site based Project office until the end of the Project term.   

To be successful in this role, we are seeking a candidates with administration experience, ideally within the construction, engineering or mining and resources industry. The successful applicant will have excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines. They will have a friendly and professional approach to work and a strong team ethic. They will inhibit highly developed computer skills in MS Office, with ProjectWise and / or documental control experience beneficial. A strong commitment to safe work practices is also essential.

Previous experience in some of the following areas will be highly regarded:
  • Providing administration support to senior team members
  • Data entry into databases and spreadsheets
  • Coordination of travel bookings and arrangements
  • Document control and transmittals
  • Processing of invoices and purchase orders
  • Provision of office and site supplies
  • Compliance with strict OHS&E procedures
  • Induction and training coordination
  • Administration of site clearances.

Candidates are required to live within the local Kalgoorlie area however transport to site approx. 35kms from Kalgoorlie can be provided.
