The Opportunity 

We are looking for an experienced Project Officer to join our Melbourne CBD based client on a fixed term contract until November 2023. 

Working in the commercial and projects team, the Project officer will be responsible for managing all data and information relating to the transition work stream. The Project officer will be a point of contact to the client staff and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. 

Responsibilities include; 
  • Coordination of transition activities across workstreams 
  • Build an information repository of all transition information and data
  • Liaise with client representatives 
  • Manage risks and issues 
  • Monitor and report on transition activities 
  • Set, manage and communicate project expectations and manage ongoing communications
  • Conduct impact analysis 
To be considered for the role you will demonstrate;
  • Previous experience as a Project Officer or Project Coordinator working in a transition project 
  • MS Office Project (essential) in an Enterprise environment (desirable) 
  • Highly experience in project control and governance requirements 
  • High level experience in projects with multiple stakeholders 
  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written 
  • Ability to adapt and multi-task in a deadline driven environment
