Our State Government client is seeking an AO2 Assistant Conference Room Coordinator to join their team for an initial 3-month temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension. This role is ideal for a customer-focused and organised professional who enjoys coordinating facilities and supporting a busy CBD environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage conference room facilities across multiple CBD sites, including bookings and room set-ups (tables, chairs, whiteboards, flip charts).
- Demonstrate and assist with the use of audio/visual equipment for conference delegates.
- Assist with processing payments and invoices related to conference room usage.
- Support promotional and advertising activities in collaboration with the Manager, Marketing and Communications.
- Liaise with government, private and community sector clients, responding to verbal and written enquiries.
- Provide occasional support to the Facilities team, including furniture moves, workstation set-ups and logging maintenance requests.
