We have two exciting opportunities with our Federal Government client for a Senior Program Officer. These positions can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide, Melbourne, Darwin or Perth.

Our client supports their clients to access mental health and wellbeing services. The work is client centred, trauma informed, recovery oriented and guided by community voices. We are seeking two Senior Program Officers to support clinical policy, governance, and program initiatives that strengthen service quality and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical and operational programs and projects.
- Prepare high quality written and verbal advice, including briefs, submissions, reports, procurement documentation and correspondence.
- Support innovation and continuous improvement through aligned processes, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in program evaluation, quality improvement and strategic project management activities.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of clinical policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Demonstrate understanding of mental health service delivery environments and strong process design, analytical, and training resource development skills.
