  • Prepare project documentation including design briefs, business cases, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and executive reports.
  • Coordinate and manage contractors, professional service providers, and internal teams to ensure high-performance outcomes.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective consultation, communication, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes, standards, and knowledge management systems.
  • Supervise and develop assigned staff, fostering a collaborative, professional, and high-performing team environment.

Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in project management, construction management, technology systems, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple, complex capital projects and minor works programs, including full lifecycle management from planning through completion.
  • Expertise in technology project delivery, including ICT and security systems, cabling, and integrated communications technologies.
  • Proven ability to develop budgets, manage costs, and provide innovative, practical solutions to complex problems.
  • High-level analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion principles, and commitment to WH&S legislation and risk management practices.
  • Unencumbered Australian driver’s licence; willingness to travel intrastate/interstate as required.
  • Ability to achieve Negative Vetting 1 clearance (ASO7 role) or eligibility for security clearance (ASO6 role).

Desirable

  • Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or other project management/design software.
