Your responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- In and outbound calls and managing a switchboard
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Data entry and document management
- Providing general administrative support to teams and departments
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring a tidy reception area
- Previous experience in reception or administrative roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable and punctual
