To meet increasing demand, we are seeking skilled Remote Travel Claims Consultants. There are opportunities for both temporary surge positions.
Role Overview: As a Remote Travel Claims Consultant, you will manage a national portfolio of travel claims and handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Your role will involve providing outstanding customer service, maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage a national portfolio of travel claims.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, delivering timely and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with both external and internal stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.
- Adhere to relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Provide clear and accurate information and updates to clients throughout the claims process.
- Current RG146 Accreditation (essential).
- Valid National Police Check (essential).
- High level of customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment.
- Insurance knowledge or background highly desirable.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence in learning and using various systems and software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A collaborative team player with a focus on supporting and respecting others.
