Our client delivers a high-quality service in the automotive insurance industry. Primarily around insurance for car yards and novated leases they offer premium warranty and insurance for highest quality service.

The Role

There is the opportunity to join their team in the Latrobe Valley as a senior technical expert. The ideal candidate will come from a background as a warranty clerk, motor mechanic, service advisor or hold other relevant industry experience.

This position is full time 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday with an attractive remuneration package on offer.

Duties will include:
  • Warranty claims and processing
  • Liaising with dealerships and external assessors
  • Technical point of reference for internal call centre staff
  • Confirm repair diagnosis, labour times and part pricing
  • Review digital images
  • Explore alternative repair processes
  • Outbound calls
  • Ad hoc duties such as assisting contact centre team as required

  • Well-developed written and verbal communication and computer skills
