About the Role: 
 
You will be delivering an end-to-end travel service focussing on top customer service.  You’ll be liaising with clients, customs, airlines etc. to ensure everything is lined up for each pets successful relocation.  Your day to day will be varied and interesting and will include the following:
  • Liaising closely with clients to ensure medical and other animal requirements are accurately detailed
  • Arrange quotes and receive documentation related to housing and transport
  • Organise flights to coincide with pet welfare guidelines, timelines, and client requirements
  • Ensure all documentation is completed correctly and double checked for accuracy
  • Continuously liaise with all involved in the move to ensure a high level of animal welfare and customer satisfaction
About You: 
 
You will be a people-person who enjoys taking ownership of projects and providing great outcomes.  You will thrive in a busy, and sometimes unpredictable, environment, enabling you to use your excellent customer service and organisational skills.  Along with this, you’ll have skills and experience the following:
  • Amazing administration skills
  • Professional and empathetic customer service-focussed communication style
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in travel or logistics (ideal but not essential)
  • Ability to adapt and handle change
